School Council

Our 2022 "Books Bring Us Together" Scholastic Book Fair at Robert Hopkins is now over
(both the in-person and online Book Fairs have come to an end)

Thank you very much for coming out & for your support! The kids had so much fun browsing through the books & accessories!

Scholastic Book Fair volunteer thank you

Special thanks to all the volunteers who helped prepare for & set up the Book Fair, who work during the Book Fair assisting students, families and teachers to find the books they were looking for, and who packed everything up afterwards. We couldn't have done it without you!  And an especially big thanks to our wonderfully capable & generous organizer, Leslie KG!

This year's Book Fair was a big success, and as always, was a fantastic opportunity for the kids to explore new books, to engage as young readers, and for us all to get together as a community. A portion of the proceeds (from both the in-person Book Fair and the online extension) will go to School Council and will be used to enhance the school & classroom libraries!

Please join us at our next School Council meeting on Thurs. Dec. 15 at 6:30 in the school library!

The agenda for the December meeting will be posted here, on our Meetings & Agendas page in advance of the meeting If you'd like to review what was discussed at our previous meeting (November), the Record of Discussion (ROD), or meeting minutes, can be found here. Minutes from past meetings are always available on our Minutes & Documents page

Note that our meetings are open to the entire school community - everyone is welcome to attend.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Your School Council
